Wednesday, Sept 29th 

Golf:  Wednesday practice round tee times available all day.
Dinner: (Poolside) Bar opens at 5:30 pm; Dinner Starts 6 pm / Calcutta starts at 7 pm
Grilled Tenderloin and Petite Lobster Tail, Scalloped Potatoes, Zucchini Squash Medley, Dinner Roll, Salad Bar and Assorted Cheesecake

 
Thursday, Sept 30th 

Lunch: 11 am (Poolside) Gourmet Sandwich Station.
Golf:  Match #1 Shotgun at 1 pm / Match #2 Shotgun st 3:30 pm
Dinner: 6 pm (Poolside) Open Bar ends at 10 pm
Beef Fajitas, Chicken Enchiladas, Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, Tortillas, Chips,Queso. Salad Bar, Guacamole, Pico, Salsa, Flan. 

 

Friday, Oct 1st 

Lunch: 11 am (Poolside) Grilled Texas ½ lb Burgers and ½ lb Hotdog, Steak Fries, Chili, Cheese, Jalapenos, Onions, Mushrooms, Relish, Bacon, Cheese Sauce and Assorted Cookies
Golf:  Match #3 Shotgun at 1 pm / Match #4 Shotgun at 3:30 pm
Dinner:  6 pm (Poolside) Open Bar Ends at 10 pm
Country Chicken Fried Steak, and Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf. Green Beans, Glazed Carrots, Twice Baked Potatoes, HCC Cobbler and Salad Bar

Saturday, Oct 2nd 

Breakfast:  8:30 am – 10:30 am (Mesquite Room)
Scrambled Egg, Breakfast Sausage, and Bacon, Breakfast potatoes, and Tortillas.  Sausage Gravy and Biscuits, Fresh Fruits, Yogurts, and Assorted Muffins and Pastries
Golf:  Match #5 Shotgun at 11 am / Shoot Out starts at 2 pm
Dinner:  Live Music begins at 4:30 pm (Patio & Side Bar Patio)
Whole Roasted Hog, Bone-In Prime-Rib, Salad Bar, Bacon Wrapped Asparagus, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Wild Rice, Roasted Red Potatoes, Hawaiian Rolls. Assorted Petit Fours and Mini Desserts.
All tournament services end at 9 pm
