Fitness Center is open daily from 4:30 am  - 11 pm.  Fitness codes & key fobs (keyless entry) are available in the administrative offices.

Equipment to fit your needs and hours to fit your schedule - our fitness center has it all.  

Start with an aerobic workout on an elliptical trainer, treadmill or recumbent cycle.  Cybex equipment provides a complete strength training workout.  Just a sample includes seated leg curl, chest press, stairmaster and pulldown.  The weight room houses benches and chrome bells 3# up to 50#.

A fitness trainer is available for those who wish to schedule an individual session for a fee.
